My mom and dad has been spending too much time on the internet lately. My dad read news from the internet and my mom just try to look for recipes and other home improvement tips. Well, at least they have something to do now, unlike before that they get so bored easily, that they keep going out and it costs a lot due to the increasing gasoline prices.
A while ago, while I was eating my mom was doing her daily visits to her favorite recipe websites. While she was browsing some sites and then bumped into a quick trim review and she shared it to my dad too. They looked at each other and then looked at me and both laughed. I wonder what those two were thinking. Am I gaining weight or what? Hmmm I asked them but then, they just tried to ignore it. My parents are downright crazy at times, I just noticed. Sometimes, you just can’t figure what they’re thinking.

People have different experiences when it comes to losing weight. Some does it the natural way, some exercise and work-out their selves towards weightloss and getting a good body shape, and some does it through taking diet supplements. Before choosing which you want, it’s always good to talk to an expert, and to check out diet pill comparison and feedback made by other users. A prof that the product works is best, and better if you know the people personally. At least you know you are sure on what you are buying. But personally, I think if you combine exercise, balanced and healthy diet, as well as the supplements, you will not only achieve the perfect weight loss that you desire, but also a healthy body.

Another thing you can do, is try to keep yourself busy and keep your mind off from stressful things, because it is proven that one of the things that causes weight gain and obesity among housewives, working women, and even men, is stress. So just maintain a good outlook in life, exercise, eat healthy and be happy all the time.

happy with my colored blinds

One of the things that I can’t tolerate is too much light or bright lights, especially colored ones. Here at home, I try to keep my room as dim as possible but not dark, just right for my eyes.
Before, the light from outside used to pass through the window directly illuminating the room during daytime, to the extent that it’s like I’m still outside. So, I asked my dad to buy and install blinds on my window to prevent the blinding light from piercing through because it makes me sick and gives me headache. Did I mention in the past that I am sort of photophobic. Well it’s just that I spend most of the time in my room and I wear shades when I go out. I am not a vampire, alright, but it’s just the nature of my eyes.

Right now, I am more comfortable because I am staying in the room downstairs where I can use dim lights without worrying about the windows from the far side of the room.

Our neighbor Mariah’s been suffering from legs and knee pains as well as numbness all over her body. She went to the doctor for a check-up and the doctor said that she is likely to become hypertensive if she does not lose weight. All her problems are caused by being overweight, according to the physician. She was also old to have a gynecologist check on her to see whether it’s just hormonal imbalance or there is something wrong with her internal reproductive organs. Good thing, she was perfectly fine, except that she hasn’t been working out, exercising, or sweating up. She became too busy taking care of her kids and husband and just stay at home to watch TV and eat.
She came and asked my cousin who just came home from Japan, to see if she has a solution to her problem. My cousin let her try the generic adipex that her dancer and entertainer friends used to lose weight. The one who suggested it also experienced an amazing weight loss including my cousin, and they are now just trying to maintain their ideal weight, because it is a requirement for their job.
