April 4 will always be a memorable day for me… not only because someone is celebrating this special day, but because from now on, this will be the beginning of another story.

Two weeks ago while I was looking for magazines at National Bookstore, this book got my attention because of the title “What Matters Most…” I was stuck there for a moment while staring at it. Then suddenly I started to think about everything that happened in the past months. I’ve been trying to avoid thinking about it but at that very moment I already lose control… Suddenly, I begun to feel the tears running down my face. I still managed to walked away as fast as I could so my friends who were just behind me would not see me. I just pretended that I was looking for something and shouted “Just wait for me outside!”

Some people think that purchasing garage door opener is easy. I don’t know if it’s just me, or my dad is looking so much older now. Perhaps it’s because of his age. He’s already a senior citizen, you know. But I guess, he aged faster after he got sick. I really wish he’d gain back the strength he used to have, especially when he jogs and exercise a lot, plus do various things and keep moving.
Now, with just a little movement, or whenever we go to the mall, he easily gets dizzy.
He probably feel stressed out too, because he can no longer do the things he want to do. He can’t even play computer games that much anymore.
He looks 5 years older than he looked a few months before. I even tell him that he needs to buy the best wrinkle cream so that he would look younger, because his skin has also changed after he got sick, and he also have a lot of fine lines and wrinkles now.
I even plan to let him do some cleansing, plus switch to a strict fruit and vegetables diet, even just for a couple of weeks, just to detox. He kind of need it, after taking a lot of maintenance medicines.
I pray that one day, my dad would wake up feeling great again, so I can take him out for a short trip to the spa, get a massage, and if he would want it, maybe get a facial treatment too.

A lot of people are crazy about social networking sites, most especially Facebook. That’s a fact! One of the millions, is my friend Che. She can’t live without logging on to Facebook everyday. Anywhere she goes, whether she’s accessing it at home, in the office, at the mall, etc. She’s dying to go online and chat with her friends, officemates, relatives, etc. Even if she has nothing to do, or no one to check out, she would log in for no reason at all.
Recently, she’s been thinking about buying a new gadget. She even wish that she’d have payday advance a few weeks before the actual date, so she can buy the new Samsung Galaxy Tab. And guess what? It’s all because she wants to be able to access Facebook, because she’s no longer contented with just using her phone.
Oh well, I can’t blame her. With her kind of busy lifestyle, her only outlet is connecting with her friends, or play her favorite games. I wonder If she’d get even more addicted, with her new gadget coming up. I just hope she’d learn to somehow control it, because, sometimes, it’s not normal anymore. Peace, Che!

I have found out something really interesting today. It’s about the good effects of Chromium to our body. Back in the days, I never really paid much attention to home renovation, fixes, and makeovers. But just recently, after seeing a lot of photographs showcasing homes, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. It awakened a part of me that wanted to do something, like enhance the way our home looks now. I saw this great looking home, and the rest of the interior. From the bedrooms, kitchen, living area, and bathrooms. I liked what they did with the design, most especially the glass mosaic tile art in particular.
I also wonder how much it would cost for the renovation of our bathroom upstairs.
We don’t really have a huge area, but I think, with the right plan, we could eliminate some unwanted elements, make the bathroom more spacious, plus we can utilize the rest of the area by installing a bath tub. I’m sure my dad will be happy about it. He can relax and stay longer in the shower. And when we’re going out, he wouldn’t have to worry about the three of us sharing the same bathroom, downstairs.

One of the things I want to have, is a fair skin complexion with no blemishes ever. I want to have a skin quality that’s like that of a baby’s. I’m not sure if that’s still possible, but with the power of science and technology, plus all the advancements in cosmetics, perhaps it’s very achievable.
For a few years, I had problems with pimples suddenly appearing on my face, and all the rashes and allergies, due to food. I really hate it and I wish they’d just go away completely and never come back. I’m so glad that I never had acne breakout for quite awhile now, and I really hope and pray hard that it will continue to be like this forever.
I would do anything just to have a flawless skin forever. I’m already working on slimming down too, back to the old ideal body figure that I had a few years back. I’m so determined to work on both, and hopefully, after all the trying, I will have the best results imaginable.

My friend Julius is happy and gay, but he looks very manly, and you wouldn’t have a clue that he is what he is, if you don’t know him personally. If he wouldn’t talk, you would really mistake him for a straight guy. A lot of people do. We’ve been friends since college days, so I can say, I know him pretty well now. He even tell me about his crushes, etc.
Anyway, he’s really attracted to men who are not only good looking but also possess a great muscular body. I told him that he should also workout and take supplements like nitrix, then work on having a great skin complexion. For sure, he would gain the attention of those guys, who might also have the same preference as him. I am supportive of his sexuality, because I believe in equality, and all people should be treated with respect. Whatever his preference may be, may it be a girl or a man, as long as he is happy, that’s all that matters. His parents have learned to accept him, the way he is too. I hope he would be successful in improving his image, most especially with achieving the kind of physique he long wanted to have.

My mom is going home to her Province in Bicol. It’s been such a long time since she went there to visit. She’s been really busy at home, and with taking care of me and dad, that she couldn’t find time to travel. But finally, this March, she will be able to visit her mom, relatives and friends.
My cousins are asking for presents from me. They said, I should consider it as a gift for them for all the occasions I’ve missed in the past. As usual, I won’t be able to make it again this time, because someone has to be left behind to look after dad. So I will just buy some urban clothes, groceries, and other delicacies, for mom to bring home to them as pasalubong. I’m sure they’d be glad to see mom again, and to receive the presents that I will send them. I can almost imagine the smiles on their faces, most especially my grandma and cousins. How I wish that next time she visits my grandma, I will be able to go with her. For now, I will just send them my love and regards through my mom.

Minsan isip tayo ng isip ng paraan kung papaano natin mapapasaya at kung papaano natin matutulungan ang taong minamahal natin ng sobra…

Di mo lang alam, di mo na pala kelangan magpakahirap pa… kasi ang simple lang ng kailangan nya. Alam mo kung ano?
