 how to divert your attention from depressing thoughts pictureWhen I get sad or depressed or something makes me feel like crying, I try to divert my attention to other things, such as playing PSP games, or going online to watch movies, youtube videos, listen to music, or sometimes I go down and ride the elliptical or stay in my room and do curl ups, somehow it has a benefit for me because it means instant lower ab workout. When I don’t want my parents to see me with my eyes red and sore from crying, I just stay inside my room curl with my pillows and try to sleep for long number of hours, and when I feel better I go down to watch TV. I don’t get to go out often but whenever my parents go out, I also try to go out with them, so I dont have to stay at home all the time.
