Christmas Diet Tips

Here are a few Christmas diet tips that I am sure you won’t even realize that you’re having an exercise while having fun.

1. Invite your friends and go for a caroling. In the Philippines, caroling is one of the traditions that up to now were still continuously practiced. The carolers will go for house to house and will sing Christmas songs. Usually you can start Christmas carol from December 16 to 25 at night.

2. You can try to bake a homemade holiday bread. Me and my mom were planning to make fruitcakes for this coming Christmas. :)

3. If you are living somewhere with snow like in the Northern Regions… then go for ice skating or skiing. I’m sure you’ll burn those excess fats while having fun with your family.

4. Invite your friends or family and go for christmas shopping! Walking for 3 to 4 hours at the mall will surely help you burn fats.

Some of my friends are thinking of taking diet pills to help them lose fat and lose weight too but for me.. exercise is still the best way to lose weight without suffering from any side effects. Well, I’m not against using any diet pills because I’ve used that too in the past and it really helped me lose weight. It’s up to you to choose which will benefit you most.
