Just the other day my friend keeps on bragging that she lose weight just by doing her new exercise program for 1 month now. Of course I got so interested because that will help burn my unwanted fats. Every morning I have to exercise to lose weight but still I prefer dancing because it’s not boring. And instead of high carbohydrates food for breakfast I eat fresh fruits which is high in fiber. By doing regular exercise plus a balanced diet will result to weight loss and I am hoping that next month I will lose another 2 to 3 pounds. I’ll keep this post updated so just in case you are interested then keep on reading my next entry! :P
