I need my Pillow
Workaholic people like me have no regular sleep. I feel like I am under a curse of not falling asleep. I went to our company library and I saw our company nurse. She approached me and told me that I look so wasted and haggard. I told her that I have tons of reports to finish. But that doesn’t mean you have set aside your health, said the nurse. We are conducting sleep study, she invited me. I refused because I have to finish my reports. She gave me a book with this title “Florida sleep study“. The benefits we can get when we have enough sleep. I relaxes our brain and muscles. Our blood circulates without barriers and where worry free. We regain our strength and energy for the next day. I asked our nurse that the book she gave me was nice. It gave me the idea of sleeping even for just four to six hours a day. Time management is important to do all your assigned task. You are organize and you can’t miss anything. I have now my check list of all things I have to do for the day. By this I can get enough sleep to recharge my energy. I went to sleep disorder center to ask if I’m doing the right thing. They told me that I am doing a good job regarding time management. We should not take it for granted we have to protect ourselves to fight stress by sleep.
