It’s really hard to adjust the present situation that I have right now since I was not really prepared to manage this business that my father have right now. After 2 months of managing this business, I know it really needs more improvement to increase the sales of our products. I am searching a lot of business management books and I’ve read about corporate performance management that I think would help me a lot in improving our business. Hmmm… I guess I also must attend seminars and leadership training and it will surely benefit the business.
