    Its summertime! Wearing bikinis and colorful swimsuits are in! Most people are very conscious in their body figure that’s why they were trying so hard just to lose weight. Most of them already took weight training program or practice the “low carbo diet” to help them lose weight. Weight loss of 1-2kgs a week is just normal as long as you do not starve yourself to death and you should do a proper exercise and eating a balanced diet would be a great help. Avoid crash diet because you’re just putting your life into risk so do not think of doing such. It would just make you weak until you get sick. Always remember that being sexy depends on how you look at yourself and feels good about your body.
