talking about payday loans

This is one of those opportunities that need real quick solution. My friend who has been suffering from compulsive shopping and spending has been called by a third party collector. This collection company is notoriously known for suing deadbeat debtors. And the worst part of the story is that the collection was related to a bounced check. Now, she will be sued for the debt, and for issuance of check that is known or has reason to known as “unfunded or has low sufficient fund.”

She cried earlier. She is very scared. Though she knows her rights as afforded to her by the fair debt collection practice act, she is also aware that this is not an empty threat. Because her name, indeed appear in the court website archive as defendant!

I am very close to recommending her to get a payday loan. Since a case like this one sounds like emergency to me.
