My best friend has been complaining lately of weighing too much. Her body mass index already ranked her into the “obese” category. She is only 20 but she weights two hundred thirty pounds. She tried a lot of diet but nothing seems to work for her. She reduced the amount of her bagels every morning. NO more cheese burger for her and she has limited herself to bottled water compared to her previous routine — half to one liter of Pepsi or Coke. I remember last time we attended party she consume a big plate of spaghetti with sauce and yummy meatballs. The calories she consumed are too much.
Now, her next attempt is to rely on those home gyms. Hope she will get her satisfaction.
