I believe my aunt is one of the biggest losers of this year in the Philippines. She owned a very successful business but she sold it less than the real value of it. She failed to strategically operate. She was talked to and was “fooled” into believing that her business cost less. Now, she can only feel dismay and annoyance.
One thing she failed to consider is to get the best appraiser in town. She decided on her own without considering hiring or paying for a business valuation professionals. Now, she is again working on a new business. She promised to make it group and told me that should she need to sell it in the future, she will consult the right people.
Indeed, the saying is true, all regrets are late!
