As an old timer college graduate student, I have experienced constant fatigue which affects my mental state and behavior. I thought it was not real, that is, improper and insufficient sleep can make me moody and irrational, until I have read the studies made by Loyola University Medical Center.
Good thing, I find the right solution. Aside from knowing the relaxation technique, I have learned that all I need is a foam mattress. No more sleeping in the front of computer and at the floor!
Now that I have been working at home, I have learned that sleep is more needed than ever before.
