Oh no! PayPal rejected my debit card!!! *sigh.

Last week I called Union Bank’s hotline number and asked them about the 4 digit Expanded Use Program code but the operator told me to call the Union Bank branch (where my EON CyberAccount card was enrolled) after 3 to 4 days. He told me that there’s no other way that they can access my account so I don’t have a choice but to call Union Bank Q*-H*way Branch.

I am so disappointed! Just 2 hours ago I called Union Bank and I inquired about the Expanded Use Program code so I can verify my PayPal account. But this “bank teller” keep on tutoring me about their EON CyberAccount Online Banking WHICH is NOT my concern! I don’t know if she is deaf or she’s just not listening! I keep on telling her that my EON Online Banking was already activated and what I am asking now is the 4 digit code (Expansion Use Program) that PayPal requires so I can verify my account… *sigh It seems like Union Bank is offering a new online service but I think they forgot to inform/instruct their Bank tellers about it!

Hmmm… I really need cash right now… If only there’s a company that offers payday loans (like what they have in the US) here in the Philippines so I can get a quick cash to pay my bills then there would be no problem at all.

And now that my newly applied EON Debit Card is useless (because PayPal already rejected this debit card) I have no choice but to apply again for a new EON Debit Card so I can withdraw the money… *sigh again That means I have to pay another PHP350 for this EON Card.

I forgot to tell the reason why PayPal rejected my EON debit card… The bank teller gave me the wrong instruction. She told me that I have to use my EON Debit Card to their ATM machine and choose “Use/Apply Online Banking” (whatever!! I forgot the exact word) She also told me that it will generate a 4 digit code that I need for the Expansion Use Program of PayPal… Grrrr! But the 4 digit code that she was referring to is for the EON Online Banking and not for the PayPal account! After 3 wrong attempts…… &#^$^@@*%!!! my debit card has been declined! I’ve tried to add this debit card again hoping that PayPal might accept it… *sigh Because of this “bank teller” I have no choice now but to wait again for (I don’t know how many days or weeks or a month again) another EON Debit Card! I’ll make it sure that I will never go back to that BRANCH… that will be the last….
