Break Ups And Getting Back Together

Posted October 31st, 2007 by JeanGrey

Just a few months ago my honey and I broke up. We’ve been through a lot of trials in our 4 years of relationship until one day she decided to break up with me. I didn’t know how to react on this matter.

Actually, I was the one who insisted that we already need to break up. With all the fights and arguments that we’ve had, she finally gave up and told me that we needed “space”; space to think if we both want to fix this relationship or go on with separate ways.

It feels like my heart was shattered into pieces. I cried so terribly and I got so depressed that I didn’t want to eat anymore. It was really hard for me to sleep at night because she used to be at my side and now she’s gone.

I can’t blame her. Maybe she got fed up with me because I’ve become overprotective and too jealous with her new friends and co-nurses that I wouldn’t want her to go out with them. Too bad it was already late when I’ve realized that it was all my fault. :(
Then one day in mid-August of this year she received an offer to work abroad as a nurse. Everything just happened so fast that she’s presently working in Saudi Arabia for almost 2 months now.

It was really hard for me to lose someone like her. On the day of her flight, I gave her my goodbye letter and told her that with all that’s happening in our relationship, I am still in love with her and I will keep on waiting until my apology will be accepted.

Then after two weeks she called me and told me that she already accepted my apology. She even told me that she misses me more than ever. She realized that everything was just a misunderstanding and this relationship needs a second chance. On that day we reconcile and just a few days from now…. we’re about to celebrate our 4 years and 5 months of our relationship. :)
Advance happy monthsary honey… I love you so much…
